I needed to change 4 tires on my Honda accord 2010. I got a quote from town Tire at Shrewsbury MA for a package of Micheline tires for $700. I sent Lundgren Honda the quote and they said they will got a quote from town Tire at Shrewsbury MA for a package of Micheline tires for $700. I sent Lundgren Honda the quote and they said they will match the offer. I made an appointment with them. An hour after waiting there their representative cam and said that the tire they ordered do not fit my car (my car was serviced by them for 10 years) . However they took the tires already from the wheels and offered me to use another brand which is rated 45000 miles(Micheline is rated for 65000 mile) and forced me to accept. They did NOT offer a reduced price for these tires. I really feel cheated and I am not to make any business with them in the future. More

While I was satisfied overall with everyone that dealt with the purchase of the car I was disappointed in the turn in price I was given on my car especially since it was the dealer who approached me to en with the purchase of the car I was disappointed in the turn in price I was given on my car especially since it was the dealer who approached me to end my lease early and second I was hoping for a better monthly price since this is third honda in roughly ten years and all I hear about is that Honda wants to keep its return buyers and the price that came back from Honda through financing was a little disappointing too More

I brought my Honda Element in to see Paige, and it was a great experience! I thought I had to replace my brakes, and it turns out they just had some buildup which was taken care of that day for me.
