We had an appt for 10:00. We were there about ten minutes early. Took our car right in. We were there until 11:30. Just got an oil change, no tire rotation. Just wish they were alittle faster. Maybe make fewer appts!? More

I was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes, I waited an hour and a half before I called. I was then told I would receive a call in 3-5 minutes, which I never received. I had to call again, and by waited an hour and a half before I called. I was then told I would receive a call in 3-5 minutes, which I never received. I had to call again, and by this time my phone died mid conversation. In total, I waited well over two hours with little to no communication until I took it upon myself to walk in and speak face to face. I don’t think it was the service advisor’s fault, as I heard him mention being pulled into a meeting and such. Either way, unprofessional and ridiculously late. More
