Pat DeRosa was super helpful while we bought our car. The reason why we were so pleased is because he wasn’t pushy. If we needed another car, we would come to Pat because we know he wouldn’t try to guilt us/push us into buying more than we wanted. Five stars! I don’t remember the name of the financial representative, but he was our second stop. He was kind, but definitely more pushy than we wanted when it came to warranties. We’re totally fine with people doing their jobs, but it was a little uncomfortable with how he did not accept “no” as an answer. We said no about three times until we came to an agreement with a warranty. My husband and I are safe drivers and keep up with maintenance with our cars, so this is why we kept saying no. I hope this type of sales tactic disappears at some point, but I have a feeling it won’t. I know he’s just doing his job, but I think financial advisors understand that people are tired after the hours of buying a car. In other words, it’s sometimes easier to break people down when they’re exhausted. All in all, we were pretty pleased with our experience. We will go back! More
