I have been with Brandon Tomes Subaru since October 2017 and have enjoyed every moment of it! In my time off I enjoy spending time with my wife even if it's just running errands with her. I love some good Barbeque with friends and my dog by my side. My favorite sport is soccer and I love to watch any game that I can. I have loved working for Subaru and Brandon Tomes Subaru and I plan to get an Outback wilderness next!

Overall, the service was disappointing. While the salesperson was decent, they were not clear during negotiations for a 7-year-old car. After reaching an agreement, the finance department r While the salesperson was decent, they were not clear during negotiations for a 7-year-old car. After reaching an agreement, the finance department ran my credit six times, which negatively impacted my credit score, and then sent me home because their finance department was closed. The following day, I was asked to come in and sign the finance documents, with the promise that the car would be ready. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the finance terms, I received a text stating a 16% interest rate unless I provided $2,000 to $5,000 upfront. I asked to speak with the finance person via email or phone to discuss the terms, but I only received a text from the salesperson reiterating the 16% interest rate. It is unreasonable to expect anyone to sign paperwork without fully understanding the terms and conditions. Ultimately, I went to another Subaru dealership that treated me with kindness and respect. There, I purchased a car with a 4% interest rate. This experience has left me with no intention of returning to this dealership or recommending it to anyone I know. More
