This dealership is usually excellent and I always have a great experience, however at my last visit there was no mention of or offer to complete the 60,000 mi servicevthat was due so this visit cost me 2800.00. I prefer to complete service before due and definitely when due, so I was disappointed when I learned of it at this visit. Kimberly was excellent however the rep at my last visit was not!

Owen Is great, he went over everything they were going to
do.
He used his cell phone to send me a video walk through of my car (what it needed) and reached out the next day to ask how my car was running. I
