On Dec 22, 2023 I purchased a 2023 Kia Stinger from Rick Case Kia. When filling out all the paperwork with the Otto Aponte the finance advisor I inadvertently signed up for a CostGuard extended warranty whi Case Kia. When filling out all the paperwork with the Otto Aponte the finance advisor I inadvertently signed up for a CostGuard extended warranty which even said I did not want. I did not realize this until a few days after the purchase. When realized I purchased the extended warranty I attempt to contact Otto. After multiple attempts and unreturned calls and voicemails, I had to contact the general manager and THEN the finance Otto got back to me. When I finally spoke to Otto he told me it could not be cancelled until 90 days. Now bear in mind this dealership is a good 40-45 minutes away from where I live. So I drove up there and dropped off the CostGuard cancellation form with Otto to submit in 90 days. When I received all the paperwork form CostGuard I found out that was NOT true in regards to it can't be cancelled until 90 days. It needs to be cancelled WITHIN 90 days of purchase, and within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Once I realized the cancellation needs to be submitted within 60 days, I attempted to contact the Otto. First issue there, NO ONE IN THAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT EVER picks up the phone. Every attempt to call Otto went to voicemail. On 1/19/24 I left a total of 3 voicemails. I was told he was in yet he still has NOT contacted me back. I even sent an email to the dealership and STILL NOT ONE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME BACK!! Because of this I contact CostGuard directly and they told me they should be able to process the cancellation without going through the dealer. I never have dealt with a car dealership with this level unprofessionalism and lack of customer support. Since NO ONE still have not contacted me, a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this dealership!! More

As I look at some of the other reviews, my experience at Rick Case Kia was nothing short of outstanding. Valentina and Otto made the purchasing of a new vehicle a pleasure. Not only did I buy a vehicle, b Rick Case Kia was nothing short of outstanding. Valentina and Otto made the purchasing of a new vehicle a pleasure. Not only did I buy a vehicle, but I now feel like I’m a part of the Rick case family. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you cannot go wrong with Rick Case Kia. Valentina was AMAZING… make sure you ask for Valentina M. as she kept every promise she made and more. More

He followed up whenever new inventory came in, checking in every few weeks with us. We ended up finding the perfect car at a great price. AY AWAY ! !!!!!!!!!!! we bought a 2020 new kia sorento there. we traded it in and we have contacted them numerous times about what we need to do to cancel the !!!!!!!!!!! we bought a 2020 new kia sorento there. we traded it in and we have contacted them numerous times about what we need to do to cancel the gap insurance we had on the kia. NOBODY EVER GOT BACK TO US ON IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A simple question for a very simple answer. believe me you don't want to deal with rick case kia ever !!!!!!!!!!!! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I LEARNED THE HARD WAY !!!!!! More

We communicated back and forth online for a deal on a 2020 kia sorento. Kimberling was our saleslady she was good. We agreed on a deal and did the preapproved online, etc. Then we setup an appointment 2020 kia sorento. Kimberling was our saleslady she was good. We agreed on a deal and did the preapproved online, etc. Then we setup an appointment on saturday July 18. 2020 for sunday July 19, 2020 for around 3 pm. We have to travel 5 hours to get there, 10 hours round trip to buy this vehicle. It was suppose to be VIP. well we got there after 2 pm. And guess what, the paper work was suppose to be done for just signing, it wasn't ready at all. Then before signing the papers both vehicles were suppose to be out front to look at and test drive they were not. Is this Rick cases kia VIP treatment ? WOW !! Waited over two hours to get out of there and drive back home. Tired. It was said get there at 3 pm out by 3:30 pm. Never happened. Nothing was ready for us at all. Had to do all the information again. I sent everything they needed online before. That was a waste of my time. So would me and my wife do it again here. No way. They didn't offer us a meal anywhere there for the 10 hour round trip. So don't travel to Rick case kia. There is no VIP treatment there. They just say there is there. Kimberling was great. Otto was ok. But nothing was ready for us. Ted in finance was very slow nothing ready. We were tired and hungry. Traveled through 5 thunderstorms going there. So we have no choice but to give one star. We could of just stopped at the numerous kia dealers easily around our town and on the way down to Rick case kia. But we went to Rick case kia instead. Very unimpressed. Dealership is not a wow factor. Biggest kia dealership in the world let us down. Contact the general manager ! Why what for ? It's all over with. After the fact. NO DEALS HERE, TERRIBLE PERCENTAGE RATES, DOESN'T DO THE NO PAYMENTS FOR 30,60,90 DAYS LIKE OTHER DEALERS. WHY ? No $25 or $50 debit card for a test drive, other dealers do !!!! TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY !!!! That's a joke. More

Mario was great with greeting me and helping me find a vehicle. He was so patient and with a lot of info on the vehicles. His customer service was outstanding you don't find that anymore.
