Excellent buying experience I had an excellent purchase experience with Otilio Hernandez when I traded in my old Ford Fusion on a new 2018 Ford Edge Sport. He answered all of my questions, and (with two other people) took time to demonstrate all of the features on the SUV I was about to buy. Excellent service Otilio does an amazing job. I purchased my first car in 2013 and still have it. I have now just purchased a new truck and he helped us get exactly wha Otilio does an amazing job. Every question we had or prob Otilio Hernandez was and still is very hard working towards me and my spouse purchasing a new vehicle at five star ford! Every question we had or problem we had I knew Otilio didn't mind helping us, we noticed Otilios effort towards me as a 19 year old trying to purchase an SUV was a little complicated for him but he did not mind at all every bump that came along he would fix it without any bother towards him. To this day after 3 weeks of purchasing the car he has contacted us for an inspection and to check up how the car has been treating us. Big thank you and appreciation to him! More
