Osman was professional, a good listener, and an effective sales rep for BMW of Sarasota BMW of Sarasota was a good dealer, but had a system which is not effective: -The BMW 530i was shown on the websit sales rep for BMW of Sarasota BMW of Sarasota was a good dealer, but had a system which is not effective: -The BMW 530i was shown on the website with a metallic blue color. The actual color of the car was dark metallic grey. I wanted the blue car but had to settle for another color. - I gave a lot of feedback on your website, including questions about previous owner(s), accident(s); as well as details of my Mercedes SL 500 that I was selling in exchange. My wife and I recently purchased a BMW X5 from BMW of Sarasota, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Osman, our salesman, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He guided us through the entire process with zero pressure, answered every question we had, and was patient as we worked through the numbers. What stood out most was that he genuinely wanted us to feel good about the deal, not just make a sale. Even after we drove off, he followed up the very next day to check in and make sure everything with the car was going well — which really shows his commitment to customer care. The dealership stayed open late to help us wrap up the paperwork, and the team made the whole process smooth and straightforward. We ended up getting the perfect vehicle for my wife’s birthday, a few days early, and she absolutely loves it. If you’re looking for a BMW in the Sarasota area, I highly recommend asking for Osman.
