I walked in knowing my parameters on what i wanted and wasnt pressured to try and get a newer year. jonathan was great! My only gripe would be that the detailers missed cleaning out the center console an wasnt pressured to try and get a newer year. jonathan was great! My only gripe would be that the detailers missed cleaning out the center console and a few sticky patches with hair from previous owners dogs. Currently working with them about an issue when in accessory mode it says to check charging system. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience overall - thanks in large part to Oscar Perez, my salesman. Oscar was exceptional from start to finish: friendly, knowledgeabl had a great experience overall - thanks in large part to Oscar Perez, my salesman. Oscar was exceptional from start to finish: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my interaction with the finance manager, Amber Rosales, was not nearly as positive. While she was very attentive and engaged when presenting add-on packages like tire and mileage protection, her demeanor changed noticeably once I declined them. She became short and dismissive, and didn't even congratulate us on the purchase of our new vehicle. It left a disappointing final impression after what had otherwise been a good experience. I understand that commissions are part of the job, but customer service shouldn't disappear when a sale doesn't go as hoped. A more professional and courteous approach would have made a big difference. More

Wow, what a lovely experience from the entire enterprise and all its departments- Sales (Alex), Finance (Amber), Rental and Service (Jason)- an amazing dealership where I should have bought all my previous and all its departments- Sales (Alex), Finance (Amber), Rental and Service (Jason)- an amazing dealership where I should have bought all my previous Toyota cars, wagons, minivans and SUVs!
