First took my NEW car in for a windshield fluid warning light on got fix. But when I went to jump a motorcycle my hood pulley was broken. I believe the dealership broke it and didn't know or tried to hide light on got fix. But when I went to jump a motorcycle my hood pulley was broken. I believe the dealership broke it and didn't know or tried to hide it. Took the car in for it. Also found out my seat warmers wasn't working so I mention that on Saturday morning when I drop it off. Took till Tuesday to get a phone call from the dealership about the car after calling Monday and Tuesday. Only good thing was they got me into a loaner but failed to do a real check on it stating it was at 7/8 full when it was near 1/2. I truly will not buy another car from this dealership again... More

Always very helpful and attentive. Fast service as well The day I came in for service the team made sure I was well informed of the repairs and the time it would take to get it fixed. Worst service experience ever. Called multiple times & could never get a call back. Talked with sales manager/ Internet manager & she was no help. I was going to purchase another Nissan in Jan 2026, but after the lack of communication & horrible customer service I will take my money down the road. More
