My 2018 A4 needed a repair to the water pump. I met with service advisor Oscar Leguizamo on a Friday and Friday was spent doing diagnostics. I was told the repair would have to be completed on Monday due to the lack of a specific technician on Saturday. Surprisingly I received a call from Oscar on Saturday afternoon informing me the technician arranged to come in and complete the repair early. This was very much going above and beyond.
