After I declined additional upsell services, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed. I had also received an email stating that the oil change included a free tire rotation, yet they questioned this and required me to provide a screenshot, which should have already been noted in my account. Despite having a 10:30 appointment, I was told the service would take approximately three hours, which is unreasonable given that I had a scheduled time. When I asked about a ride home, I was informed they would not accommodate me because I live 5.5 miles away, exceeding their 5-mile limit. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service made this a very frustrating experience. More
