We purchased a new KIA Telluride in October, 2023 and love the car. Had good service until September 27, 2024. Went in September 27, 2024 because window trim has fallen off. You were to order replacement trim and when we call told parts haven't arrived yet. Now the remainder of the trim in two other locations is falling off. We have made multiple calls only to be told you can't fix until parts come in. I called KIA customer service (corporation not you) and they said they couldn't help me without parts numbers. Referred them to you for that and never heard back. Called Raleigh several times again and again. You haven't been an advocate for us and we feel we need to go to NC State Consumer affairs for assistance. We would be happy to speak with Anderson management that has authority to help us but haven't been able to get passed the pretorian guard by phone. Nancy & Gordon Wallace More

Scammers 100%. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They sold me a Seltos with Aftermarket service plan and didn't tell me. Aftermarket service plan only allowed me to service at the An STAY AWAY!!!!!! They sold me a Seltos with Aftermarket service plan and didn't tell me. Aftermarket service plan only allowed me to service at the Anderson Kia in Raleigh and no other. Next, I called them, and they agreed that after I cancelled the plan they would give me a check for the difference between what I paid and the refund which was 282 dollars. I lost so much money because of this what I spent and what I was refunded after a year of ownership. Jermaine white told me the check was mailed Dec 5th and guess what, he lied because I still don't have it. He also told me they are a billion dollar company with other things to do. They don't care about the customer just the dollar. Find another dealer and buy and not this one. I have called numerous times to speak with General Manger and nobody returns my calls.. So, I will continue to write bad reviews on this dealer to help other people be aware of scams Twice reported to the BBB but that doesn't help either. The only way is to let others know. And, yea, they hide a 5K markup because they say it's due to not having cars on the lot. Another scam. More
