This dealership’s internal paperwork system is so slow that I found out my paperwork was ready for getting a license plate only 4 days before the temp tag expired! The dealership wants to shift blame to that I found out my paperwork was ready for getting a license plate only 4 days before the temp tag expired! The dealership wants to shift blame to the DMV but they are so slow and clueless that employees don’t even know the status of the customer’s paperwork! Then you end up driving with expired tags and getting ticketed by the police, because Corwin’s poor systems and controls. Also, the management is very non-responsive to customer complaints. I would play it safe and shop elsewhere, at a dealer that cares about customers. More

If you buy a car here, I would be very careful about one thing. My experience was horrible. They give you a temporary tag for 60 days but they simply don’t process your DMV paperwork internally. They never thing. My experience was horrible. They give you a temporary tag for 60 days but they simply don’t process your DMV paperwork internally. They never mail you anything that you can take to the DMV. I found out 4 days before my tag expired that the paperwork was ready. But it takes a week or two to get a DMV appointment. So have fun getting pulled over by the police for expired tags before you get your new plates. If you buy a car here, I would recommend calling the dealership every 3-5 days for the next 60 days from the day you walk out the door, asking if your paperwork is ready. If you want to avoid this hassle, pick a different dealership that treats their customers better! More

My sales Guy "Oryn Orozco" was great Young sales person "10+"however the dealership he works for "Corwin Toyota"Deserves a "0". The vehicle i purchased was not 100% inspected before the sale. The only serv "10+"however the dealership he works for "Corwin Toyota"Deserves a "0". The vehicle i purchased was not 100% inspected before the sale. The only service they performed before sale was change the engine oil a quick vacuum and oil change. When driving the vehicle after purchasing it I noticed a gurgling noice coming from under the dashboard on the passenger side. Indicating there's lot's of air circulation in the cooling system and yes i had to top off the radiator at a local Walmart a ways from the dealership. An entire gallon. The interior was never detailed as specified by the dealership. The previous owner carried pets inside the cabin and i had to pay someone 300$ to remove most of pet fur and smell from interior. The tires were replaced but no caps were replaced on the wheel stems. All of the interior had dried up bleach residue. To top it all off i felt like i was being held hostage for about 3 hours to see a financial advisor. I finally had to say it for the 7th or 8th time. I'm paying cash, i am not financing. Nice facility I give them that . Please bring a mechanic or inspect the vehicle you are buying from these individuals. More
