STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I had the displeasure of dealing with the front desk secretaries Orlando and Robert. Walking in was like interrupting a high school gossip sessi I had the displeasure of dealing with the front desk secretaries Orlando and Robert. Walking in was like interrupting a high school gossip session. They looked up like, “Ugh, a customer? During business hours? Weird.” Zero urgency. Zero professionalism. Just two grown men doing the bare minimum and somehow still falling short. Robert xxxx near moaned when he found the loophole to void my warranty. And when that happened? Orlando couldn’t hold his giggles. Full-on giddy. Like kids who found a dirty magazine in the woods. It was gross. High school behavior from two grown men with hairlines that say otherwise. Orlando especially—this guy is Review famous, and not in a good way. He’s like the dealership’s mascot for mediocrity. Read the reviews. People have been complaining about him for years, and somehow he’s still here. Either management’s asleep or they just hate customers. In short I walk-in get ignored, Robert moans and Orlando couldn’t hold his girly giggles. I refuse to give this establishment any of my business. More

This was my second inspection. The first time (last year) I was told 2 hours and it took at least four. Yesterday I was also told 2 hours and it took 5. I kept checking in and was told 30 minutes more over and over. This was frustrating as it felt like I spent the whole day in the waiting room when I thought I'd be done by 11am at the latest, but what peeved me even more is that as I was waiting for another status, an employee made a disparaging comment about LGBT people to another employee. That is just not cool in this day and age, and honestly it made me feel like this place is just cruel and dysfunctional. The employee's name was Orlando. I was not dealing directly with him so it was not that person (although I apologize, I forgot his name and marked Orlando below). I felt like the person I was dealing with directly was probably doing his best to get my car done and there was something else going on that caused the delay, but the delay was just so long it became incredibly frustrating. Between those two (the delay and the comment about LGBT people), the whole process just left me fuming. This is my honest experience. More
