We had a very easy and fluid experience. We set up an appointment with Sara and Alex, and although we had to move it twice due to weather conditions, we finally connected on the third go. We had already done a bit of research on the car we wanted, and Orlando Burgos, the sales rep at Ciocca Nissan, patiently helped us figure out if the car we had selected was really “the one”. He even drove my wife and I over to the Ciocca Ford dealership to have us compare the Nissan to a Ford. After reviewing the car features on the showroom floor, each test-driving the car (as well as a comparator Ford) and discussing the numbers, we made a deal. The whole process was seamless. And then Jake Pacheco helped with the financing and the signing of documents. This was the second car we’d bought from a Ciocca dealership and we would probably come back. If you’re looking at a Nissan, look Orlando up — he is personable and knowledgeable and will work hard to earn your business. More
