Unbeatable service come with a price The service is just perfect and Rusnak would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the price. If anybody can explain that changing 8 sparking plugs takes 2h3 The service is just perfect and Rusnak would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the price. If anybody can explain that changing 8 sparking plugs takes 2h36min and costs $700, please let know. Arcadia is considered as a luxury residence area and it is. Does this have to do anything with Rusnak pricing strategy? Who knows? That aside, Ophelia Wang is doing a great job as does Phillip Yang with whom we dealt recently for the purchase of a new Mercedes. More

Her honesty and integrity are the reason we will be back to this dealer for our next service, including the oil change. Oil changes are tricky in Sprinters but she assured us that their techs are specialized in Sprinter and Sprinter RVs. More

I went in this time and the Service person I dealt with made sure my concerns were addressed. The problem is fixed now. This is the first time with this dealership that I had to bring my car back for the same problem. Ophelia is a great Service person to have on your side. She made me feel heard and appreciated. She understood that my time was valuable and was just as upset that I had to bring my car back for the same issue as before. She is the reason why I would go back to this dealership for service. More
