When I picked up the car it was not what we thought it would be because some of the options we thought we had weren’t included. We were not shown how to work the car. Opal Colon spent as much time as needed to set up our new car and teach us how to use it, including going to her manager to see if we could purchase some of the safety features we thought we were getting originally. Advantage Hyundai falsified an advertising price for a used car multiple times. Received both an email and text starting the cost of the car. We placed a $500 deposit on the car and proceeded to secure fi used car multiple times. Received both an email and text starting the cost of the car. Upon finalization of the transaction they raised the price of the car $2,690 and would not/did not honor advertised price I would be happy to discuss this with the dealership if they leave name of who to get in touch with.
