I went in and the finance person Henry Cordova was so rude that I don’t even want to go in there anymore. He was very nice and they when we didn’t want to purchase any of the gab or the warranties or nothing he totally changed to being rude. I bought a truck since August 2021at the dealerlocatedin El Paso TX, at first I received all the needed assistance from the seller but once I signed and gave the down payment everything changed: once you si El Paso TX, at first I received all the needed assistance from the seller but once I signed and gave the down payment everything changed: once you sign they will forget about you. I have been calling them for several times to ask them about the plates and registration and they haven't given me an explanation about why it is taking to long to register the truck and to send me the plates: I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR almost 6 MONTHS FOR THE PLATES WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. I already call my bank and they told me that the normal time to receive the plated is about 3 to 4 weeks and they will have to give an explanation because the bank already payed them I haven't used this truck since I bought it because most of the time I am traveling acocross the border for business purposes and without plates it is impossible to travel. 5 months waiting and it seems that they do not care about it. Bad customer service and I am so disappointed about my decision I made of buying a vehicle I at this dealership. More
