Solid Dealership First time visiting this dealership. My parents had bought several cars from Imperial in the past and always had good experiences. We worked with John Earl who was super polite and very professional. Also worked with Tim Donohue and Omar Ihjul who were both friendly, funny and professional. These 3 guys really know their stuff and very eager to please me. John worked extra hard with delivering my new truck in a short amount of time and getting my plates 5 minutes before the registry closed. He also bought my wife and I dinner at the Diner next door, which had great food and excellent service. I will definitely return to this dealer for my future business. More

I had read many positive reviews regarding this d After an awful experience at Baystate Dodge, my husband and I decided to head to Imperial Chevrolet. I had read many positive reviews regarding this dealership and I am very glad we decided to head here. Our sales guy Mike was wonderful. He showed us various Equinox's and a Terrain that would fit the needs of our growing family. He never pressured us into anything and allowed us to view as many as we could so we could make an informed decision. We initially chose another Equinox but I had seen one on the website for a few thousand less, and as soon as I mentioned it to Mike we hustled back outside and checked it out. We then decided that was the vehicle for us. Mike had our trade evaluated and gave us what we feel was a fair price. There was no ridiculous low balling or back and forth. The entire finance experience was wonderful as well. Omar was fantastic with us and never made us feel judged due to our slightly challenged credit situation. We received a great rate and did not have to deal with any hassle. Our Equinox had to undergo some minor repairs, nothing major and the dealership was wonderful through that entire process. On the day we were told my Equinox was all set and ready to come home. we were involved in a fairly serious accident while in the dealer rental we had. Everyone was ok but spending the night in the hospital while 8 months pregnant and very stressed out was not fun. I felt terrible regarding the dealer car and Mike was wonderful when my husband arrived at the dealership the next day. He was more concerned that we were ok rather than worrying about the car. Thank you to all the wonderful employees that made our very stressful weekend much less so and when it comes time for us to purchase another vehicle I know exactly where to go. More

My feelings are a bit hurt and it was only week!! I left the table with alot of loose ends and questions . Im not really sure how n when im suppose to take care of my new truck which I plan on haveing for 20 years the relationship after the sale should be consisitant thoughout your departments someone from service and parts should have put that bed matt in the truck only took 2 mins ... the courtesy I guess is what it lacks ..and actions speck louder then words. Excellent focus on the customer My husband and I visited Imperial about 18 years ago and had a terrible experience. In the need for a new vehicle we visited a dealer in Rhode Island My husband and I visited Imperial about 18 years ago and had a terrible experience. In the need for a new vehicle we visited a dealer in Rhode Island and felt that sleazy car buying method of, we have this great car and this is the best deal. We ultimately left the dealership after two hours. My husband decided to drive to Imperial as several of his friends had recently purchased used vehicles there, I was very skeptical based upon our poor visit 18 years ago. Upon arrival on a very rainy Sunday afternoon, the sales manager Tim Donohue immediately greeted us and offered assistance. My husband (being rather upset about the last two hours wasted at the RI dealership) responded with "Hi, could you give me a few minutes to just look around to see if there is anything that interests me" Timmy responded with sure let me know if you need something. After identifying two trucks that met our criteria we began walking back to the building. A nice young man, Jake Kral, met us in the lot and asked if we had questions. (definitely coordinated by Tim, but gave us the space we needed). Jake asked good questions about what our needs were and did not try to pressure us into what the best deal was. Upon taking the truck for a test drive we learned that Jake was new to the firm, he clearly had been studying up on his knowledge of vehicles and the culture of the company. He tried to connect with us and made the experience pleasurable. Shortly after getting comfortable with the truck, the numbers are what really mattered. Jake and Bruce D’Ambra came to us and shared what they could about the factory incentives and gained more information about our needs. From there we met directly with the finance manager Omar Ihjul, it was nice to work directly with the finance manager and for him to work for us. Omar talked about options for financing and we felt as though everyone from Imperial was there to work for us, not just to make a sale. Omar worked through several banks to seek out the best rate for us and we ultimately bought our new vehicle from Imperial. I felt valued with every interaction I had, I look forward to continuing to work with Imperial for future sales and will refer everyone I know to Jake, Bruce, Tim and Omar!! Thank you again More
