Classic Bait and Switch: They advertised a nice used car for an exceptionally low price. It was 39k with low miles. Test drove and was ready to buy until Omar the money man, presented the invoice: $1500 dea for an exceptionally low price. It was 39k with low miles. Test drove and was ready to buy until Omar the money man, presented the invoice: $1500 dealer service, $1000 another dealer service, $2000 car coating that was already applied so can’t decline it. (Even though salesman said no coating on the car when asked separately). Taxes, crazy “warranties” and other misc xx charges brought the price to $49,000.00 wow! So they advertise low, get you in, then hit you with the xx charges right at the end. BUYER BEWARE. One positive was Steven the salesman was nice and kind…….omar was too as he tried to justify the excessive fees. More
