The finance manager tried to add money into my payment to recover the cost of the rebates they were giving me. I used an auto loan calculator to show how much my payment should be and they said that they mad recover the cost of the rebates they were giving me. They were saying I get rebates or ARP but not both. I left and they said they would give me both but then they made the “mistake”. In the end, I got what we agreed to and the salesman was great.
