I had never had a car from a dealership, and my creditcwas not very good from a bankruptcy after my husband died. I got a decent car, payments I could affors, and all within 2 hours. My car was totalled and paid off, so I went back to them and got another car in a few hours. The salesman Angel and Randy were awesome. And the financial manager Matt is so nice. It was the West location. I will go back with my daughter when she gets a car. More

Had complained a out a truck i bought 2010 GMC 4X4 Told the seller that the front end was shaking he said he would fix it. Didn't happen. 6 months later went out . I had to fix ac out of my pocket. 260 Told the seller that the front end was shaking he said he would fix it. Didn't happen. 6 months later went out . I had to fix ac out of my pocket. 260 bucks and front in was taken to 2 shops to get the front fixed they said they wouldn't touch it. It was going to cost 2,500 So called super car guys they told me it's been to long nothing they can do. So i drove down there things changed. The front left side got fixed but the right side didn't and replaced my tires that were 200 bucks for each one. With 4 tires that were 400 for all 4. i didnt buy the truck with cheap tires. So i got blanked out of a right side replacement ball joints assy. 4 tires. And no a/c reimbursement . My family has bought 4 cars from them . And i get this. Management said its what the owner said to do about my truck fix it half xxx. And to top it all off they wanted to trade my truck for another one. They knew they did me wrong. Plus ran my wife's credit with out her permission. Can i get a lawyer. Just bought the truck in May 2018! More

They made things right. I have worked with Super Car Guys several times now. There has been some changes in management over the years which is evident by some aspects of the I have worked with Super Car Guys several times now. There has been some changes in management over the years which is evident by some aspects of the services they offer, however, at the end of the day they want to make the customer happy. Although things aren't as good as they once were, I can say they are still better to work with than most other dealerships. At the end of the day, Brandon and Travis did a good job making sure I left with the car I needed at a fair price. I appreciate all they did for me. I'm sure I will turn to them in the future should I need to purchase another vehicle, although, I hope that is many years from now. More

Where Buying a Car Sucks (a little) Less I visited Super Car Guys recently looking to purchase a used car. I read up many reviews both on and off their website, reviewed their entire site, a I visited Super Car Guys recently looking to purchase a used car. I read up many reviews both on and off their website, reviewed their entire site, and entered in personal information for a loan before going into the East location. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the same false smiles as any other dealership. I knew that was the case because as soon as I mentioned that I was set on purchasing the least expensive car they had for sale, both the salesman's, Vince, and the manager's, Brandon, faces dropped. I told them the maximum I was willing to pay, and Brandon still brought out a spick and span car that was $4000 over my budget and didn't even notify me as such. I had to ask, and when told, I immediately denied and demanded he bring me the one I wanted. Since they didn't have the car on lot, Vince had to take me to Subaru where it supposedly was, and then back to Super Car Guys because it ended up not being there. When I finally got the car I wanted to test drive, it was extremely dirty, inside and out. Had it been a new inventory, I would have been understanding. However, according to the Carfax they handed me, the car had been on the lot for over a month. This leads me to believe that they prep the cars they see fit to sell and avoid the others until somebody pushily (which I was) demands to see it. Once I told Vince that I was interested in buying, he brought me the Carfax and finally Brandon swung over with financing details. He tried to convince me that due to my credit score and lack of loan history, that I could have up to an 18% interest on my loan - and he tried to sell it like it wasn't that bad. Little did he know, I had already secured a loan from an outside source with a 3% interest rate with no issues whatsoever at all. In addition, other little things rang familiar to other dealerships, like having to wait around for five hours, them reiterating, "We don't want you to do anything that you're uncomfortable with" and then acting the opposite, trying to start up distracting small talk during a business transaction, and slathering on ambiguity when they finally showed me the cost breakdown (which added up to $1000 over the price listed online), them not having the information I had posted online ready... among others I'm surely forgetting or overlooking. I've given Super Car Guys two stars because they are slightly better than other dealerships due to the less pushiness of their salespersons, but otherwise it's all the same to me. This just reinforced that buying privately is the way to go for saving time and money and dealing with less falseness. More
