I took my 13 year old infinity for service and diagnostic. Olivia helped me out, she gave me the diagnosis she didn't pressure me and had options available for me. She was honest and patient. Can not say enough about how GREAT this dealership is! Had a problem show up, and they immediately got my car in and took care of it. Bought a certified preowned vehicle after trading in mine. Was lied to about getting free oil changes within the Infiniti network and paid out of pocket for the first two oil changes. I have been complaining to the service department since August, 2022 about wind noise coming through my passenger side window. I replaced my cracked windshield in December 2023. Now infinity service is t August, 2022 about wind noise coming through my passenger side window. I replaced my cracked windshield in December 2023. Now infinity service is telling me the noise on the passenger side window is because I replaced the windshield which has nothing to do with the windshield, I left a message for the manager and we were playing telephone tag and now I have heard nothing. It’s ridiculous that they are blaming my windshield replacement on the wind noise when I complained about it long before the windshield. I very angry. More
