I had the worst experience with the Mac Haik Ford of Georgetown | 7201 South Interstate 35, Georgetown, TX 78626. I bought a brand Ford Truck from them and sold them my Dodge Ram truck. The lady in fina Georgetown | 7201 South Interstate 35, Georgetown, TX 78626. I bought a brand Ford Truck from them and sold them my Dodge Ram truck. The lady in finance was rude and condensing. I specifically said I did not want gap coverage or an extended warranty. When I got home I looked over the paper work and found that she had added both of those items despite me stating I did not want them. I called and spoke to everyone even the GM and got no nowhere. I just wanted those items removed and my money back. I left multiple messages through day asking for a call back. No one called me. The following morning I find out that the check they gave me for my Doge Ram truck had a stop payment placed on it. I called the dealer and was livid. Apparently they has canceled the contract for the new truck and the truck they purchased from me at noon the day before and not one person called me. Their customer service is a disgrace to the Ford company and I would never have expected to receive that kind of treatment from one of your dealerships. They lost a large sale because no one had the decency to return my call and address my issues with their finance team. More
