Sales is great - that's the part where the dealership gets your money. Anything after that is whatever is cheapest and easiest for THEM, not for you. They wanted to sell me a grossly over-priced 5-year tire and wheel warranty which I immediately declined. Then they dropped the price by HALF and promised me that any wheel scuffs would simply result in a replacement wheel (no cosmetic repairs taking days to complete). The first time I went to use that warranty, as expected (too good to be true), they had lied. They wanted my car left with them for several days so that an outside contractor can come at his convenience to cosmetically touch-up my curb-rashed wheel. I asked for a refund on the bogus warranty and they were DESPERATE to talk me into keeping the warranty. No way - I can't be without my car for days because of a scuffed wheel.
