The location and inside of the dealership looks so welcoming and shows many interesting memorabilia from Subaru, connecting the history on what they stand for with their customers throughout the years, including the awards the dealership has won throughout the years. The Sojax team was very professional, from Sean who took the time to chat with us and offer us refreshments and snacks, while our Sales Consultant Kim was preparing our paperwork in which she was able to beat the Costco offer price as she promised before we even set foot at the store. The Sales Manager, Josh, was able to give us a better rate with Subaru Motors Financing at a rate of 1.9% for the term which is way better than what our bank offers which we accepted, as the Finance Manager, Ryan, was able to explain the terms and conditions which we understood quite clearly. We are very grateful for our new car, and will definitely let our family, friends and fellow veterans know about what Subaru of Jacksonville is all about as they have shown and delivered us the reason why they are the award recipient of being the #1 Subaru Dealer of the Year 2020 not just in the state of Florida, but in the entire USA (Hoorah!) I had a trailer hitch put on my new outback. The service department was very efficient and gave me a nice clean loaner car. The hitch looks great. The finance department had me in and out of the office very quickly. I haven't had any problems with my banks finance department. It was completely hassle free. Overall, this is a great dealership. My parents will be coming here to buy there next car! More
