She understood my needs and showed me a few different models on the lot. I found one that I really liked. It took me a moment to decide fully. She was able to negotiate a Great Deal!! I felt a huge relief fall off my shoulders. She made this experience a great one! I am so thankful that she was my sales associate! She is amazing! I was also blown away by the wonderful staff that explained the features!! The finance associate explained all the paperwork and guidelines. This made the paperwork part very easy to sign.
