Omar was great! Kristopher in finance was great! The girl in the service department was terrible. I think her name is Alexa. I was probably not very pleasant with he Kristopher in finance was great! I was probably not very pleasant with her, but I just bought a brand new truck that had major problems and she wanted to argue with me a was very rude. Here job in my opinion is to calm the irate customer down and not argue with me and escalate the situation. The service after the sale is as important or more important than the sale. My truck is still in the shop being fixed as I am writing this. But everyone but her is trying to make it right. I will update after I get me truck back. More
