Had an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter changed in my Chevy Traverse. Even with a scheduled appointment it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. That’s unacceptable. When I get my other family vehic changed in my Chevy Traverse. Even with a scheduled appointment it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. That’s unacceptable. When I get my other family vehicle serviced for an oil change and tire rotation at Motor Works of Barrington it takes under an hour. Martin Chevy needs to be better. More

Advisor never called and kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. I called and spoke to him every time to get updated on my repair! He knew I was out of state and my young daughter would be picking car up and it’s a good thing they had 1280.23 to pay or they would’ve had to wait to get car next day or until my account was unlocked. Advisor said no one could take payment over the phone. Seems like it cases such as mine you should have someone you trust to take payment by phone if you want your money! Don’t know if I’d want my daughter to purchase vehicle from your dealership as things could’ve definitely been better! More

My experience this time with Martin Chevrolet was exceptional. I brought in a car that ended up not showing the problem that caused it to be towed to another service provider last week. Martin Techs exceptional. I brought in a car that ended up not showing the problem that caused it to be towed to another service provider last week. Martin Techs tried to replicate the problem but could not. There ended up being NO charge. My Chevy bolt had a check engine light that needed to be turned off in order for me to charge it. The dealership charged me $189 to just turn off the light. They also charge me an extra $10 for rags and lub turned off in order for me to charge it. The dealership charged me $189 to just turn off the light. They also charge me an extra $10 for rags and lubricant in order to reset a computer. This place always charges that $10 fee even if no rags or lubricant are used. More
