Very friendly atmosphere. The owner was a great help as well. He and his sales staff truly have their customers best intentions at heart. There goal seems to be repeat business and referrals and they realize that top customer service is needed for this to happen and they operate that way. More

Novy does an excellent job of guiding people through the big process of buying a car whether they are experienced or brand new at it. He offers many different ideas that can allow anyone to leave happy and satisfied. You never feel like a customer for money; you feel like a person who's aspirations and dreams matter. Service workers are great to work with as well. I believe Ben Webb was who helped me and he did an excellent job. Never pushy with suggestions on further work. You never feel like you're being taken advantage of. Overall staff is great as well with everyone being friendly and offering assistance if they swing by the waiting lounge. Lauren Beckett being one of those people. If you need something, they will go out of their way to help. More
