Norman was great. I was browsing vehicles waiting for mine being serviced. He approached and was willing to take a risk with me even though I said I might not end up b I was browsing vehicles waiting for mine being serviced. He approached and was willing to take a risk with me even though I said I might not end up buying. He was professional, was attentive. Unfortunately it did not work out due to financing. But I will certainly consider coming back to him if/when I decide to get a new Kia. More
