The Naples Acura dealership was overwhelmingly receptive to my needs and requests. Although I technically bought a used Acura, it only had $7K miles on it and had previously been used as a loaner. In my mind, it's still a new car, particularly due to the extended warranty. Jim and Norm were both great and patient with my many questions and negotiated with spirit and fairly. If you're new to the car-buying world, they're very fair and present a professional image, without being pushy or low-class. Congratulations to the entire team! More

I walked in this dealership this past Sunday based upon a lease special I saw on their website. No bait and switch or surprises as I ran into with many other dealerships I visited (none of which were Acura lease special I saw on their website. No bait and switch or surprises as I ran into with many other dealerships I visited (none of which were Acura dealers but other brands entirely). I met Norm on the lot and worked with him and Ross to sign the lease in quick order. They let me take the car home to show my wife first, and even took care of turning in my other car at lease expiration, and it was not an Acura. They were both excellent and a pleasure to work with. I will be leasing another car for my wife in a few months and these will be the first guys I talk to. Highly recommend. More
