Had a great experience all the way through. My sales consultant Nolan Prebianca even came in on his day off to fit my schedule. That was really appreciated and saved me from making 2 trips to St. Louis consultant Nolan Prebianca even came in on his day off to fit my schedule. OMG... Caleb... we got there at 4:00PM on a Friday and was driving away with the car I wanted at 6:00PM!! My husband was communicating with him for a week prior, waiting for a 2020 White Buick Envision was driving away with the car I wanted at 6:00PM!! My husband was communicating with him for a week prior, waiting for a 2020 White Buick Envision with an Essence Trim Package to arrive and he nailed the tracking info and saved the beautiful car for us! It was at the front door when I arrived!! Caleb is a TOP NOTCH Customer Service/ Salesman/Get-the-job-done type of man!! We were both VERY impressed with his knowledge of when the freight was arriving, his professionalism and his execution of the sale! More
