Purchased a new Tahoe on Monday August 21st. Called September 6th to ask about my plates. The receptionist told me they didn't even have me in their system as buying a car. So clearly my plates and registration were not processed. Then spoke with Nolan (a manger) who gave me the typical sales run around. I explained that I'm leaving for two weeks and the temporary plate and registration would expire while I'm gone. He responded its not his fault I'll be away. No effort to correct there poor inefficiency. Just oh well there's nothing we can do. An over all disappointment and bad experience. More
