When discussing price, Noel had an attitude with us and seemed to get personally offended as we attempted to negotiate. He tried to do a lot of sneaky things that did not get by us. 1. When initially showing us the price, he showed a paper that said $524.00. When he brought out the one to be signed, it said $524.98 and did not say anything about the price change. He even had highlighted the exact same words as the previous one, making it seem like it was the same sheet. It wasn't enough of a change to make a big deal about, but it didn't go unnoticed and was unappreciated. 2. We showed Noel the Kia website and he insisted the price shown did not include a fee that it very clearly did, which was obvious by doing the math. 3. We agreed to a certain price with $0 down, paying *only* first month and DMV fees. He agreed and the paper we signed said so. When discussed further with Noel, he then said we would also have to pay a several hundred dollar fee. (We ultimately spoke with finance who agreed to remove that fee.) 4. Noel said the DMV fees would be $650 or $700 (I don't recall exactly). We looked up the fees on the state website and they were closer to $200. We told him that a different dealer with whom we had spoken mentioned Kia charges $450 and they send a refund check for the difference, if it ends up being less than that. He said that doesn't happen and he never heard of anyone being sent a check for the difference. Finance later told us that it's accurate that we would be credited for the difference, and in fact it's illegal for the dealership to keep anything above what DMV charges. 5. We asked Noel how to lock and unlock the doors without using the fob and he said that's not possible. He said we have to push the button on the fob. When we looked it up after getting home, we found that was not the case and watched a video on how to do it. We were very unhappy with our experience with Noel. The amount of time it took to get the car was excessive. The whole experience took over 3 hours, more than 2 of which were after we agreed on a price and signed the papers. Fortunately, we had a much better experience with Juan in finance. He eliminated the bogus additional fee, reduced the monthly price back to $524.00, and explained the DMV fees to us. More

I purchased a used Jeep on Saturday April 13th and here it is Saturday April 27th and I still am unable to pick up the Jeep from the dealership because the vehicle does not have a title. I am the one who constantly has to contact the dealership to find out the status daily basis. They should give me a decent discount on this vehicle for the inconvenience. The jeep has also been insured with Geico since April 13th yet I haven't driven the vehicle at all. More
