Oneida was awesome to deal with and so was Noell. My wife had bought a previous car in 2018 there from Tim. When she stopped by first a week earlier Tim was not there so she had talked with Oneida. T My wife had bought a previous car in 2018 there from Tim. When she stopped by first a week earlier Tim was not there so she had talked with Oneida. Then when we came back on Saturday my wife had just mentioned to him that she hadn’t seen him before but it was great to see him still there. He said nothing and seemed to be stewing. When we walk back to finish the financials with Cory I looked back and Tim looked beet red and rather upset. Everyone else there was great and very professional, but Tim. My wife mentioned she would not deal with him in the future. Thanks for a great experience other than that. More

STOP! !!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! 3.5 months ago I thought we were doing something good for our family and we purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. We !!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! 3.5 months ago I thought we were doing something good for our family and we purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. We never have bought a new vehicle before so it was very exciting to have a vehicle big enough for our whole family. We ended up having our new Tuscan in the shop for 2.5 weeks due to a high pitched squealing. After many attempts of contacting someone to let us know what was going on with our vehicle, no one would get back to us. We have had our new vehicle back from the shop for about 2 weeks and all of a sudden all the dash lights came on and the transmission wouldn't shift into gear. I called the dealer to see if they would check it out and fix the problem ( since we've only had the vehicle for less then 3 months) they told me they can't guarantee how long cars will last after purchase!!! 😡 I agreed but said it should be longer then 3 months! They screwed ME! They refused to even look at it without paying $160+ just for a diagnosis!! We hadn't even put 1000 miles on it!! I want to warn everyone that this dealership is a scam!! They don't care about the customer or their vehicles they sell you! Please don't buy from them!!!!! I now own a 2017 Hyundai Tucson with full coverage insurance and making monthly payments for, SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!!!!!! More

Oneida was extremely knowledgable about the Palisade I purchased. During the test drive, she showed that she clearly had done her homework on these vehicles, showing us all the bells and whistles and how purchased.
