Trim is falling off one year old car. Been to location twice. Can't get me replacement parts. Its the blame it on parts shipments game. No one taking ownership. A big shoutout to Noah Yager for servicing my daughter's car. I used to see a different advisor that no longer works at Greenway Kia North and Noah stepped right in and was willing to go above and beyond. car. I used to see a different advisor that no longer works at Greenway Kia North and Noah stepped right in and was willing to go above and beyond. He was very helpful, attentive to detail and even had the car washed without me asking. Considering I was waiting for the car to be serviced, Noah was proactive in ensuring that the time quoted was true. I would definitely recommend Noah again. Thank you for your customer service. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Literally dropped my car off at 7:15 am for a 7:45 am appt and had to call 3 times from 2-5 pm just to get an update. Needed an oil change and they d Literally dropped my car off at 7:15 am for a 7:45 am appt and had to call 3 times from 2-5 pm just to get an update. Needed an oil change and they did NOTHING - now I still need an oil change and will go elsewhere because of how horrible my experience was. The lack of communication & the fact that I dropped my car off so early for it to not have ANYTHING done to it until 3:30 pm was wild. Unimaginable. I used to go to Kia for my oil change every single time but not anymore due to this experience. More
