I got my second XC90 recharge vehicle lease from Weston Nissan-Volvo and the experience was awesome. Noah Meir had helped me all the way from excepting my old-leased car to choosing and registering the new Nissan-Volvo and the experience was awesome. Noah Meir had helped me all the way from excepting my old-leased car to choosing and registering the new one. It was a super smooth and straight forward process where Noah made everything look clear, understandable and transparent. He led me through the process in a very professional manner being knowledgeable, accommodating, helping me to make right decision by offering variety of options and outlining each in detail. I felt like he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. This is my third year with Weston Nissan-Volvo, and I’m totally satisfied with either leasing a new car from them or their car maintenance services. More

Absolutely Horrible Experience – If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The employee I interacted with made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. His attitude was dismissive, unwelcoming, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. It felt like he didn’t want to be there, and his tone and body language made it very clear that customers were a burden, not a priority. I left feeling disrespected and uneasy. I will never visit this location again. More

Knowledge; whatever my question (whether it be a technical question regarding the vehicle or a finance question), someone knew the answer. Respect, patience, and courtesy. I’ve never felt like people at an auto dealership cared so much about me or my experience. And follow up. Not just some random email or text, but an actual live person called me to see how I was doing after my first week with the car and to check if I had any questions or concerns. This is my first Volvo, but this will not be my last. More
