experience because integrity and honesty are extremely important to me and this situation has been unacceptable.

This was my third XC90 lease, and my first and last through Weston Volvo. In the past, I have always used Volvo’s 6-month lease pull-ahead program without issue. Based on that history, I proceeded the same way this time.
I worked with Noah from online sales, returned my existing lease under the 6-month pull-ahead program, and leased a new XC90. Everything appeared to be handled correctly until I later received a bill from Volvo stating that I did not qualify for the pull-ahead and now had an outstanding balance.
I contacted both Noah and the sales manager, Guillermo Alarcon, and despite multiple conversations, there was no resolution, even though this was clearly a dealership error. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to correct the situation.
What is most concerning is being told that the dealership cannot verify eligibility for the pull-ahead program, yet they had no issue confirming that I qualified and signing me into a new lease. Once the issue surfaced, responsibility was simply dismissed.
I strongly caution others to be aware of this practice. Based on my experience, honesty and integrity were not upheld, and I would not recommend Weston Volvo.

The pull-ahead program was handled in coordination with Volvo Car Financial Services (VCFS), and all terms—including payment timing and eligibility—were communicated directly by VCFS. Based on their guidelines, no refund was available or offered by either VCFS or Weston Volvo. We strive to be transparent and fair in every transaction and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. At the core of this issue is not whether VCFS ultimately approved or denied eligibility, but rather that Weston Volvo represented that I qualified for the 6 month pull ahead program and finalized a new lease. At no point prior to or during the transaction was I advised that eligibility was uncertain or pending VCFS confirmation. Additionally, your statement that “all terms were communicated directly by VCFS” is not true. All communications regarding eligibility and the pull ahead program were handled directly through Weston Volvo and Noah Meir. While I understand that VCFS guidelines govern the program, this situation arose due to dealership level misrepresentation and lack of due diligence, not customer error. I acted in good faith based on information provided by an authorized Volvo dealer, as I had successfully done with prior Volvo leases. Again, I strongly recommend staying away from Weston Volvo. Don't want anyone to be in my same position.
We just leased a XC90 and I love the car.
