I was in the market for used car and had several bad experiences, then I found Fletcher Jones. The car was better then advertised. How many times can you say that about a used car? This dealership takes experiences, then I found Fletcher Jones. The car was better then advertised. How many times can you say that about a used car? This dealership takes pride in what they put on their lot the car had brand new tires, brakes and all scheduled maintenance complete. To boot the registration is paid for through next year! The purchasing process was a breeze Nickolas and the financing team were top notch. I came in with my own financing they tried to match it but could not so explained to me the purchase options contract and what I needed to do. No high pressure sales tactics or gimmicky add ons here, just a straight forward purchasing process. In and out in an hour! The car was delivered to my home by a professional driver with a full tank of fuel! I’ve always purchased new cars so this used car process has been a learning experience I wish I would have found this dealership earlier. I’m a customer for life! Michael Rizk was our sales consultant and was very personable, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful to purchasing an Audi A6. I only intended on looking and I drove away in a "new" used car.
