Recently purchased a vehicle from Carlson Toyota and the process went extremely smooth. All started out with Howard who was open, upfront and transparent. He got whatever inspection documentation requested, showed videos of the vehicle when the dealership was doing the inspection and even set up for me to be able to walk under the vehicle to make sure it wasn't going to give any surprise issues in the near future. Howard even came in on his day off to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. If he didn't know, he'd take the extra step and make sure it was answered appropriately. The process started with Howard and he did a great job at making you feel comfortable and if the car wasn't a fit then it didn't fit. I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from them again and I'll ask for Howard to be my sales consultant hands down. More
