Nitin Vaswani was great to work with. Nitin made our experience there a delight. We really appreciate him and his willingness to help us find the vehicle we needed. We bought a used 2017 Toyota 4Runner in Dec 2018. I didn’t know this website existed until now, hence the late review. We’ve been back to the Toyota Knoxville dealership multiple times since for service on the 4Runner and have enjoyed our experience there with the Service department. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very courteous and thoughtful. Because if the pandemic, there was a wait for my car, but he kept me updated every step of the way. He even sent me pictures of my new Corolla Hybrid the day it came before it was ready to pick up. I cannot think of a single suggestion for improvement of my experience, it was honestly such a pleasant purchase. More
