It took almost 4werks before the engine eas actually pulled put of my truck and a warranty replacement engine eas ordered little over a week ago. If you are going yo continue up yo sell vehicles are a high volume you need yo also be able to service them in a reasonable period of time. It should not take almost 4 weeks before a customers vehicle repair job begins. You have a serious problem in the kingsport fealership.location service department. Pooe Jeff Lewis is having a hard time hiring good qualified mechanics. It is not hus fault. Customers are ones suffering as their repair work is taking too long yo be performed. At the end of this upcoming week my truck will have been in your service department for 6 full weeks. That is very frustrating ordeal. I seriously will not consider ever buying another vehicle from your dealership. This was my 2 nd truck I purchased from you all over past two years. I bought a colorafo yrail boss from you all in late April of 2023 and I bought my 2024 volorafo zr2 from you all the last weekend in June of 2024. GM should have never gotten rid of the v6 engines they had in coorado trucks prior to year of 2023. They have ruined a good looking truck.puttiing those high output 2.7 liter turbo charged 4 cylinder engines in them. I would not trust a new dame size 4 cylinderemgine being put back inyo my2024 truck. I would always be waiting for it to also fail in .that beq replacement engine due to sorry afm issues that are messing up.lifters and cam shafts. I More

Champion GMC in Kingsport gained a permanent customer. I have gone to multiple dealerships and not one wanted to talk. I walked into Champion expecting them in turning me away. They didn't. I have noticed all dealerships push for leases, but refuse to except the end-lease agreement because dealers don't make no money on the deal unless the own it. Champion did the exact opposite. Ed was absolutely amazing! I think in his heart he knew I was going to lose my car and not be able afford another car. After 6 hours of Ed and Kevin working hard together, Ed presented me with an offer. An offer I was not expecting. An offer I was excited to except. Then another offer was presented. I want to start to cry. The offer was even better than the other. They were able to help me save my car. I am forever grateful. This dealership is not greedy and selfish at at all. Including the shop, they too went above and beyond to figure out a warranty issue and dealing with other dealerships neglect. I can not express all the thank yous in the world.
