Never thought I'd find buying a car a delightful experience, but Nina made it happen! Not only did she help me find my dream car, but she made the entire process so much fun. She was gracious in ans experience, but Nina made it happen! Not only did she help me find my dream car, but she made the entire process so much fun. She was gracious in answering all of my questions thoroughly and quickly, and really listened to understand what I was looking for. She was fantastic to work with and I never once felt like I was being "sold to" like you might at other dealers. I would recommend anyone take the drive to Hoffman Estates to see Nina! The rest of the team that I encountered were also very warm and helpful, and I can't imagine myself going somewhere other than Hoffman Estates for my future vehicle purchases! More

Very happy with Nina , not very happy considering we had our car for one week and the check engine light came on.. Yes , we got a loaner, however when I called to see if it was ready, I was told MB had to g our car for one week and the check engine light came on.. Yes , we got a loaner, however when I called to see if it was ready, I was told MB had to get a case file on it due to it being a new platform. Called again today , and same story !!!NOT HAPPY More
