Piazza Customer for life. Let me first by saying having to buy a new car sucks, especially if its under unpleasant circumstances but my experience was great start to finish. I made an inquiry and had all my initial questions answered by Stephanie Kimbro and Nina Davis. They were so patient and always followed up with me. Next Joe Unterkofler (just call him Joe U) helped make arrangements so that I could come in. I have two small children and a full time job and i felt like he really understood and valued my time. I told him what I could do and he made it happen. I didn't have to retell my story, what I wanted or my current situation when I got there. I met with Tiffany Seifrit my Sales Consultant who answered all my stupid little questions, entertained my kids and could have not been more kind. Lastly to go over my contracts I sat with Lisa Grose, the finance manager and I learned more about all the things as a consumer that i should know when buying a car. She was so funny and charismatic I found myself just talking to her for 20 minutes. I scheduled my first oil change with Mike Latch, nice guy. This whole experience was fast, easy and transparent. I wanted an itemized quote, and I got it. I wanted a price comparison and I got it, no questions asked. I needed a ride or a delivery - done. No games, no gimmicks, no weird sale tactics - just a genuine human interaction. My time and money were truly valued here and I'm so very grateful. I'm sure people hear this in commercials but I'm going to say it - cheesy as it is...but I'm a Piazza Customer for life. More

From the very beginning with I was in communication NIna, it was great she made sure the car I was hunting was everything that I wanted and more. I spoke with NIna and she was very responsive thru email unlike other dealers who fill you up with spam emails. I explained to Nina that I was coming from work in Newark , DE and wanted to speak with someone knowledgeable regarding my vehicle of choice since. Out of all the sales staff they had there they only had 4 with a 5 star rating. Upon my arrival I met with Mr. Finio. He was one of the nicest salesman that I have run across and the knowledge he provided was amazing. later on during my experience I met with Joe U, another amazing man who made my experience memorable. The only problem that I ran into was at the very end. What they didn't know about me was that I used to sell the very same car that I was now purchasing and that it was my job as a salesman to make sure the XM radio and Blue Link was active before the customer had left the building because if not the customer would have to jump thru hoops getting the blue link set up as I am still going thru 5 days later. But other than that I would definitely recommend Piazza for business. More

We were looking for a dependable used car but weren't sure if we had the resources to get one. Tiffany did everything possible to make our purchase happen so that we could leave the dealership with what we wanted. We loved that the transaction did not feel pressured or one sided. Tiffany made sure that my wife's attention to detail attitude was satisfied which made my life easier. Tiffany even arranged for our new car to be delivered to our home since we only had one driver. We were also scheduled for our follow-up maintenance date before we left the dealership. Small gestures like these are why we would recommend Tiffany and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new/used car. More
