Liberty Subaru is an outstanding dealership and Nilsson represents their ideals in its entirety. Nilsson was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the initial moment I contacted him through out the entir represents their ideals in its entirety. Nilsson was never pushy and allowed me the space to make a decision on my own. As there is a shortage of cars it was a long 3 month process. This is relative however as many wait much longer for their cars. Nilsson kept me abreast as needed on the status of my order. It was finally here and I was excited to pick up the car, I went in to the dealership and got a chance to meet Nilsson in person. He was a pleasure to deal with in person as well. The experience I had dealing with Nilsson and Liberty Subaru is the only reason I signed up for the 10 year, 100k mile warranty. I highly recommend both Nilsson and Liberty Subaru. Prior to visit, I noticed there were a few homeowners have multiple Subarus in their driveways. 2. Friendly Professional - Nilsson Guzman We met Nilsson in the evening. He was friendly and professional. While there were very limited supplies of available cars, after listening our wishes/requirements, Nilsson shown us two pre-owned CrossTrek. We test drove neighborhood and like them very much. We purchased both. We appreciated his honest and sincere manner throughout the transaction. 3. Great Purchase Experience - like a family with respect I appreciated clean and polished car upon picked up. Nilsson took time to explain essential feature of the vehicles and clarified all of our questions. My wife and I were impressed how careful and thorough the dealership to send the pre-owned vehicles out to the customers. 4. Overall - amazing purchase experience We left the dealership with joy and amazement from the purchase experience. We did not expect to be treated like king, but we wanted to feel comfortable. We felt treated like a family and with respect. We sensed consideration and kindness when we hop onto the seat and looked around. While we had pleasure of meeting only a few - Nilsson, Dan Cohen, the finance manager and the young lady who assisted me settling the balances - we think the entire Liberty Subaru team would treat customers with friendliness and respect as dedicated professional team.
