We recently purchased a 2018 ford escape through Nils. He made the process very easy, with no pressure to look at or buy higher priced vehicles. The day we purchased it we noticed something that would need repairing, we called nils and he had us call the service center to make an appointment. We dropped it off the Monday after we purchased it, they supplied us with a free loaner vehicle. Turns out the transmission was faulty and by Friday we got the car back with a rebuilt transmission at no cost to us. You know what they say about used car salesman but I can promise you that does not apply to Nils or JH Barkau. Here we are almost a month later, and Nils called to check on us & the vehicle to make sure nothing else was wrong. I 10/10 recommend Nils and Barkau as a dealership. They pride themselves on their reputation. My husband and his family have purchased 8-9 vehicles through nils and have always trusted him! More
