Reuben was fantastic to work with and helped us to find a car I loved at a price I could afford. I am not a fan of the managers sequestering themselves in there office. Also was too persistent when trying to sell extended warranties and such. I bought a car outright, negotiated to the top of what I could afford, he should have been able to read the room and know we were not going to add anything else. Given the history I have here I expected a little more of a personal touch from the people above my salesman. Other than Reuben, I am not sure anyone at this dealership cared about the customer experience at all. As long as Reuben is there, I can recommend this dealership. Once he is gone, I am not sure that I will ever do business here again. More

He took the time to answer all my questions and actually show me the proposed cars. He explained the differences between the models and was never in a hurry. Conversation was always enjoyable and I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed to accept something unless I was entirely happy. Nik was also committed to meeting my financial needs.
