Absolutely no pressure like you get from so many. He went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy with the car I picked. And after the sale, he sat in the car with me and went through everything on how to operate and connect into the system. I was a novice with the new cars as I had not bought a car since 2008. He made it simple and let me know if I had any questions, any issues....anything....call him. Could not have been more pleased. More
